Trying to contact the Apps’ owner, I found out that the contact page gives a 404 error (page not found).
I tried multiple times at different period of the day with the same result.
Can anybody tell me how to contact them?
In fact, I tried to contact them because Malwarebytes quarantined Zortam (last version 28.75) because infected with ransomware (Malware.Ransom.Agent.Generic)…
When searching if anybody else had the same issue, I found an article on Zortam web site stating that the apps was tested with multiple antivirus softwares and is NOT totally clean…!
I wanted to ask for clarification. I payed for an application and I await it to be 100% safe and clean.
I opened a separate thread on the subject yesterday including the link to that page at Zortam with the test results but for unknown reason, that thread has not yet been published!
Today when I used the app a popup told me that a new version was available, so I downloaded and installed it, but now when I start the app is says my version is UNREGISTERED. I paid for a lifetime subscription, so I don’t understand what happened here.
Also, when I went to try and login to my account, it said there was no such account, so i then created a new account with my same email that I had registered with. Everything was working great prior to today.
