I have Pro 7.55. My files are tagged with artist name and song title. My firewall is turned off. The lyrics and art search never works. When I do a search the little pop-up window says “Writing tags…”, but nothing is there when it finishes.
Please help. It is very frustrating that I paid for pro, yet it does not function properly.
