Trying again TrialPay

    my wife has signed up with Ebay so that she could receive a Zortam pro license for free using the Trialpay system. no licence has been received to her email address. how do I rectify this issue?

    why is this thread being deleted? why are my emails not being answered? I feel this is poor customer relations tactics
