Step-by-Step Guide

1. Insert your Audio CD & Launch the Ripper:

   Insert the physical CD into your optical drive. Open Zortam MP3 Media Studio and select Converters > Audio CD To Mp3 Converter from the top menu, or press F2.

2. Select Your CD Drive:

   Choose your active optical drive from the CD Drive dropdown menu. The track list will automatically load.

3. Fetch Track Info (FreeDB Query):

   Click Query FreeDB (or press Ctrl+Q) to download artist, album, and track details automatically from the online database.

4. Configure Output Format & Bitrate:

   Check either the Mp3 or Wav checkbox. If encoding to MP3, choose your preferred target bitrate/quality mode from the Rate-Bitrate-Mode dropdown.

5. Enable Cover Art & Lyrics Auto-Fetch:

   Ensure the Cover and Lyrics checkboxes are enabled so Zortam automatically embeds artwork and synchronized/unsynchronized lyrics while ripping.

6. Start Ripping:

   Select the tracks you want to extract and click Record (or press F7). Your ripped files will be created with all tags, cover art, and lyrics pre-embedded!

1. Copy a YouTube Link (Optional):

   Copy any YouTube video link to your clipboard (Ctrl+C). When you open the converter, Zortam will automatically paste the URL directly into the search edit box for you!

2. Open YouTube Converter:

   Launch Zortam Mp3 Media Studio and select Converters > YouTube To Mp3 Converter from the top menu, or press F11.

3. Search or Confirm URL:

   If you didn’t copy a link beforehand, type an artist/song name or paste the YouTube link manually into the Search YouTube or enter YouTube Video Address URL box. Click Search to query.

4. Choose Output Bitrate (32k – 320k):

   Select your desired audio bitrate from the Bitrate dropdown box. Choose anything from 32 kbps to 320 kbps depending on your preferred file size and audio quality.

5. Enable Automatic ID3 Tagging:

   Make sure the Tag file if it is possible checkbox is enabled so Zortam automatically fetches and embeds ID3 tags, cover art, and lyrics directly into the converted MP3 file.

6. Download & Convert:

   Select the video track from the results list and click Download. The audio will be extracted, encoded to MP3 at your selected bitrate, tagged, and added directly to your music library.

7. Access Converted MP3s & AutoTag:

   Click the Files button to view all your downloaded and converted MP3 files. They are automatically tagged and ready for further AutoTagging or batch processing directly within Zortam.

   Click the Auto Tag button on the main toolbar, or select Auto Tag > Auto Tag Selected Files from the top menu (or press Ctrl+T).

3. Configure Auto Tag Options:
